Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require the original packing slip to be in the package.

Any item not in its original condition or is damaged (worn, washed, etc.) for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

For an exchange, simply place another order for the desired product and we will ship it to you free of charge!

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

WE DO NOT COVER RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Received an item with issues?
If you received an item(s) with errors, please email support@joshua1.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please attach as many photos of the product error as you can to speed up the process of getting your new product.
